Do you hope to travel from subway Hanzomon Station in Tokyo to Huis Ten Bosch in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture? That is a long, long way to go which is over 900 kilometers. ("Hanzomon" is also a name of the subway line.)
You can take a few trains from Hanzomon Station of subway to Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal Station of Keikyu, fly from Haneda Airport [HND] to Nagasaki Airport [NGS] and take either a high speed ferry or a bus to Huis Ten Bosch. It may require 4 to 5 hours to travel on this way.
