I am an USA greencard holder and I am an Indonesian passport holder. I would like to visit japan . How to get tourist japan visa?

It is probably just a matter of a few month (maybe a year or two) until Indonesian passport holders will not need a visa anymore and can just enter with a passport. However, until that happens, you will have to go to a Japanese embassy or consulate to apply for a visa. The green card is irrelevant.
