Hi,
I was wondering beside train at Hanzomon station to Akihabara, Shibuya, Harajuku,
have any buses going there too....??!!

Buses are harder to use for non-locals as they have not public address system in English. You can cover most of Tokyo by rail, both surface and subway

I agree with John B digs Japan.
Take trains. The bus is not easy to understand even for residents of Tokyo.

But if you want to take a bus from Shibuya to Harajuku, check this "Jinguno Mori Route" of "Hachiko Bus", it's 100yen.
