Hi, I would like to check with you that how can we deliver our baggage from toyama station to shinano omachi station from 14/11/2014 to 21/11/2014 as the baggage delivery service only available from 16/04/2014 to 10/11/2014.

What makes you think that?

Also, it is generally not possible to deliver baggage from a station to a station. Some major stations do have counters of baggage delivery companies such as Kuroneko Yamato, so you can send baggage from them, but certainly not all stations do. And in any case, your baggage can only be delivered to an address in Japan where someone can receive it, such as a home or a hotel, or to some airports, not to stations.

The Toyama Alpine Route has a special baggage delivery service that delivers between the stations. The service indeed ends for the year on November 10th, so you'll have to use regular Takuhaibin luggage deliver services after that date. The easiest will probably be to have your hotel that you leave on the 14th arrange it for you and have it delivered to your hotel for the 21st. Don't forget to inform the hotel of it's arrival.
