I plan to visit Sapporo during Nov. 10 -13, 2014, would you mind to suggest that Dynasty Ski Resort open at that time, if not, there are any places open?

Too early.
Othrer all sites in Hokkaido,too.
Last year(2013) Dynasty Ski Resort ski site opened 27 Dec.
