Is it worth visiting the Kawachi Fujien by mid-August? I'm afraid there won't be much flower blooming.
How long it takes to tour around the garden?
If visitors don't want to walk, is there anything like golf-cart for them to travel on it inside the garden?

The garden is closed in the summer. It is not only open to the season of wisteria bloom and autumn foliage.
