Hi I am comming to japan next month, I'd like to know if I can use the suica card in the buses departing from kawaguchiko station for visiting fuji five lakes.

Yes, most buses around Fujigoko accept payment by Suica. But note that the Fujikyu train (Kawaguchiko-Otsuki) does not.
