my friend is a toyoko inn club card member.
If she is responsible for reservation and finally she can not go with us and we are there. The room reserved is still efectively booking or not.

i dont think it's a problem. Just ask your friend to change the reservation particulars in Toyoko Inn official website. However u need to get ur own member card in order for you to enjoy the member rate. U can apply the card on the spot when u check in the hotel.

I don't aware about discount because i know i can get it when i arrive there and register myself. But it is the high season period, i concern whether our booking is still available or not because we plan the route from here.
