If I tahe the Kanto Area Pass, may I go fro Odawara to Fuji Shin? And may I take the Shinkasen?

No, you may not. It is not possible to go to Shinfuji from Odawara using the Kanto area pass. It is not valid for the Tokaido Shinkansen, it can not be able to ride only route of JR East. http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/kantoareapass/#category04For your itinerary, the Pass is valid to Atami, ahead will be charged separately from there.
