What do you mean "in English"? Associate degree in English (language) major? Or offering the course in English for associate degree?
Please note that in Japan "associate degree" （準学士 jun gaku shi) is not recognised as a degree, and "jungakushi" is usually offered by Colleges of technology (高等専門学校), not university.
