My family name would be 江 . My given name would be 偉捷. Could someone translate this to Japanese if possible? Thank you very much !

江(コウ kou)偉捷(イショウ ishou) in Japanese pronunciation.
By the way, it's the same sound as 後遺症(kouishou; sequelae/after effect of disease) though the intonation is quite different.
