Hi, I am planning to stay 2 nites in either Atami or Ito), than moving on to Hakone for another 2 nites before returning to Tokyo. Appreciate if you can advise which Rail pass will be suitable.

There is the Hakone Free Pass valid inside the Hakone area, including buses from Mishima or trains from Odawara. Not sure how far away from Atami that is however.
Unfortunately buses from Atami is not covered and I dont think you can buy the Free Pass other than Mishima, Odawara or Shinjuku.

Thank you, looks like I need to train down to that area then buy the Hakone Free pass for the 2 days in Hakone.
