i am filipino and i am planning to carry some motorcycle parts on my baggage or maybe thru a door to door box service... just wanna now if i need to pay some taxes ? thanks

You need to inquire to whichever body of the Philippines government is in charge of collecting import taxes. Generally, as an individual citizen you can import goods for personal use with no taxes up to a certain value (in France it's 430 euros).
