Google Maps says 450 m from Exit 2.

According to http://www.tokyu-hands.co.jp/en/index.html#map,
the address of Tokyu Hands: Ikebukuro Store is 1-28-10 Higashi-ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo.
According to http://maps.google.co.jp, the main entrance seems to be at the north end of the store.
According to http://map.yahoo.co.jp, it is about 520 meters to walk from Exit 7 (equipped with upward and downward escalators) of Higashi-ikebukuro Station to the main entrance of the store.
