Find aa ancient relative...

Hi guys,anyone could help me to find out where is buried my granduncle?He passed away in Kobe in 1910 but i can't know if is still in that town or not.I write from Italy so i think he is buried in the Foreigners Cemetary but on internet is impossible to know.Anybody know how I can communicate with any office of Kobe City administration ?Thanks in advance to all

Foreigner Cemetary is still in Kobe city.
it founded at 1867, so it's very likely that your relative is buried at there.

However, Foreigner Cemetary isn't opening to public. you can enter it only the forth Sunday.
(Apr to Nov)
Also you need reservation.
