Hi is it possible for me to get an extension tourist visa as I got only 15 days and I feel like it's not enough for me to do all my activities. Thanks

Tourist visas usually cannot be extended. There are a few exceptions for some countries, but since you have a 15 day visa that implies that you would not be among those that can extend.
