Good 2-3 hr activity for layover in Tokyo?

I will be arriving in Narita around 3:30pm and have to get to Takeshiba pier by 9pm to catch a ferry. What would you recommend for a good 2-3 hour activity in Tokyo to kill time? I've visited Tokyo before so I've seen all the main tourist attractions (Sensoji, Meijijingu, etc.). A recommendation for a good restaurant to have dinner would also work.
