Which JR Pass?

Hi
We are a family of two adults and two children (7 & 9).
We are flying into Kansai International Airport on the 27th September 2014 and we are flying out on the 4th October.
We are staying in Kyoto and intend to travel to Nara, Hiroshima and Osaka during our stay.
We would like some guidance as to which JR pass we need to purchase.
