Kyoto 13-16 august, any festival and where? 2014/8/6 23:26
Hi,
I will be in Kyoto from 13 to 16 (including) August. I'm planning visiting the most famous spots.

Any street festival should I know? I know only about Bonfires at 16th but do not know where to go and did people gather anywhere, and about late openings at Kiyomizu-dera....any other street festival or special events?

Thanks!

If there is such Lanter floating event on Arashiyama, can I return after 21h with Randen line in downtown so I can see Kimono Station Forest or it will be too crowded if the Randen is a small tram?
