Bus to Ainu Culture Promotion Center, Sapporo 2014/8/6 23:52
Hi, I'd like to find out if the Jotetsu Bus, Jozankei Line #7 or #8 to Ainu Culture Promotion Center, Sapporo is a regular bus service that departs Sapporo Bus Terminal at regular intervals and if there are any bus schedules I can refer to.

Thanks!

In order to go to the museum, there is a need to take the bus bound for Jozankei Onsen at Sapporo Bus Terminal.
Part of Kaisoku'快速' #7 and #8 go to Jozankei Onsen. Since there is also the bus endpoint Toyotaki'豊滝' on the way, you should take the bus only Jozankei Onsen'定山渓温泉' on the left side of the timetable below.

It takes about one hour to Koganeyu bus stop from Sapporo. It takes about 5 minutes walk to your destination from the bus stop.

You can also make use of Kappa Liner. It departs three times per day from Sapporo Station. Travel time is about 50 minutes.

Pardon me for being a busybody but the Ainu Museum is not a particularly interesting place (or at least for me) to visit, well maybe if you are a culture buff.

I was sleepy and bored through the tour around the place. :( No intentions of criticizing, it was just really blah.

If there are other places to visit that are on top of your list, I recommend to do those first.
