Hi since 2008 i am working as a cook in nagoya i would like to start a restaurant under my name.is it possible.what requirement are requir to start rest.please give some suggestion.thanks

I believe that the change from "a chef hired in a restaurant" to "restaurant owner/manager" requires a resident status change to "Investor/Business Manager" status. In addition, approval/report with local public health center, etc. is needed.
