Hello
When i buy the JR pass before entering Japan, is there any limitation when traveling jr east or jr west, or the pass includes all jr lines?

If you are buying a nationwide JR pass, no limits. If you buy a JR East or West pass, obviously they will be limited. Look up the rail passes section of this website, it lays out all the passes really well. Also check out JR's website.
