Hello,
Are there any noodle shops in Japan that serve rice noodles? I've been searching around but haven't really seen rice noodles on any menus.
Thank you.

As far as I know, "ramen" uses only ramen noodles (the regular flour kind). You'll find rice noodles as "bi-fun" in Vietnamese and Thai restaurant. But the soup would be different from the usual ramen soup.

Yes, the word 'ramen' refers to a particular kind of noodle, which is made with wheat flour, not rice.
