What does it mean? As in this sentence:
私は予定が立たずすみません。

私は予定が立たずすみません。 is the same as
私は予定が立たなくてすみません。
Yotei ga tatsu = the schedule works out, it fits into the schedule
Yotei ga tatanai = the negative form of the above
