So I know けど is used as "however", but is it used in the end of sentence?
If so, だけど = da(desu)-kedo? or another word by its own?
What about desukedo? I hear it in japanese movies, its desu-kedo? or one word?

Yes, it's the abbreviation of desu-keredo(mo).

sou-desu-keredo(mo)
desu-keredo(mo)
desu-kedo
da-kedo
