Preparing documents for Spousal Visa 2014/8/20 12:46
Hello everyone!

We got married last week, me and my boyfriend, now we want to head up to the Immigration and apply to japanese Spouse VISA, called the immigration but the documents to prepare are complicated to find at the website, can you help me with it? Can you share the link where I can find these documents?

Thank you,
A.

Here you go. The actual form to print out depends on what visa you are changing from:

Your Japanese spouse can read this for details on required documents. This list gives names of documents, so it should be easier for him:
http://www.moj.go.jp/ONLINE/IMMIGRATION/ZAIRYU_HENKO/zairyu_henko1.htm...

In English:
http://www.immi-moj.go.jp/english/tetuduki/
(Go to Application for Change of Status of Residence)

and click on "Table 3" in the table, and scroll down to "Spouse or Child of Japanese national" to see a summary of what is needed.

Congratulations on your wedding :)
