sukoshi nihongo or nihongo wo sukoshi?

I'm trying to say "I speak a little Japanese" and I got a bit confused as to whether the "sukoshi" comes before or after nihongo. My full sentence sounds something like this: "Watashi wa nihongo wo sukoshi hanashimasu". Please help. Thanks!

"sukoshi" is more like an adverb (goes with the verb), so I would say:
- Nihongo wo sukoshi hanashimasu.
Or you can say:
- Nihongo wo sukoshi dake hanashimasu. (I speak Japanese ONLY a little.)

As AK mentioned, sukoshi is an adverb so the 2nd method seems more natural. Having said that, the Tanaka Corpus (a huge bunch of phrases/sentences translated by natives from Hyogo University) has an example of the first usage:
