I will be travelling to Osaka and Hokkaiddo. I might need to send some of my package to Singapore. Can I know the rates please? It is calculated by weight/box?

EMS to Singapore from Tokyo is about 1kg/1000 Yen,when I sent my stuff to Singapore, 8kg and 13kg stuffs.
And no, i don't believe they have other options other than EMS for Japan Postage, you could check with other delivery services such as Kuroneko Yamato Express for example.
