14-day trip to Japan, advice please

I welcome,
on 2 October I will be staying of 2 weeks in Japan.
I would like how the most to see. I have bought jr pass and booked hotels by railway stations.
2 morning October arrival at Tokyo
2-6 October - 4 nights in Tokyo
6-10 October - 4 nights in Kyoto
10-12 October - 2 nights in Hiroshima
12-16 October - 4 nights in Tokyo
I am asking for advice. To change places of accommodation?
How to plan individual days out?
I am calling for help.
