Calorie Counter for Japanese Food 2014/9/2 10:09
Good morning everyone.

In an attempt to keep in shape I recently began using an app on my smart-phone for counting calories and keeping an eye on my wortkouts.

Inputting the calorie values for standard Japanese dishes (tamagodon/‹ĘŽq˜Ĩ, Japanese-style cabbage/ƒLƒƒƒxƒcāu‚ß and the like) is requiring a lot of guesswork.

Any idea where I can look up the calorific value for dishes like these?

Cheers.
