Yoron island cheapest accomodation

I plan to spend two days on Yoron island in October, but it's very hard to find anything about accomodation on the internet except for a few fancy resorts where a night costs over 50$.

I'm looking for something basic and cheap. Wikitravel mentions a camping site that rents cabins for 600 yen on a beach on the east coast of the island, but offers no further details, and I'm unable to find any info about it.

In any case any info about cheaper accomodation options or this campsite, their locations and prices would be fo great help to me.

Have you seen this? There seem to be a few 1500-3500 yen options. I've never been there so idk how they are.
