Kii Katsuura to Narita Airport via Nagoya

We will be travelling from Kii Katsuura to Narita Airport on 23rd November (Sunday) by train. My research shows one option that will get us to Narita for our 7.50pm flight but it only allows 12 minutes at Nagoya station to get from track 12 to track 15.
Can I buy the train ticket for both sections of the journey (Kii to Nagoya and Nagoya to Tokyo) before we leave Kii Katsuura?
Is 12 minutes enough to change tracks?

Yes, you should buy a ticket all the way from Kii-Katsuura to Narita Airport.
Is 12 minutes enough to change tracks?
Yes.
