Matsumoto to Jigokudani Monkey Park

Hi, as planned for my 13 dec 14 trip, i suppose to move from MATSUMOTO to TOGARINOZAWA-ONSEN which i have checked in Hyperdia which take 2 hours of travel.

As i am checking out from MATSUMOTO hotel , early at 9am. hence if there a possible for me to drop by Jigokudani Wild Monkey Park and to reach TOGARINOZAWA-ONSEN before 4pm? If i use train, unlikely to do so. So how about buses? any buses direct from MATSUMOTO to Jigokudani Wild Monkey Park? and from there to nagano which allow me to take train to TOGARINOZAWA-ONSEN?

I have google, but not much information found.

If a lot of travelers coming by own(or rent a) car at near parking
ask about pick you up to Iiyama sta or more longer possible or not.
Hitch hiking Japanese phrases not so difficult ask at hotel front.TIC
or other travelers sure make direction sign boads simple and easy right.
Also google translate EN to JP(with sound) mostly correct.
