Domestic flights for non-Japanese

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap domestic flight from Haneda to Nagasaki on 24 Nov 2014, from 4pm or after. I've read Japan guide and other websites such as http://www.seejapan.co.uk/jnto_consumer/plan-your-trip/transportation/... and http://gojapan.about.com/od/airtravel/a/japanairpass.htm which talk about cheaper domestic flights for tourists, starting from 10,000 yen. However, they all never mention HOW to book the tickets. Eg. I went to the Singapore website of JAL which does not show domestic flights. So I went to the Japan website of JAL, but it does not have any place where i can tick that I'm trying to book the 10,000 yen flights or that I'm a tourist. I'm flying to Haneda on Singapore airlines (round trip). Please help on how i can book a cheap domestic flight! Thank you!

for ANA, search for "ana experience japan fare" and choose the route(s) with the "EJ" icon stated. i tried and the fare is equivalent to 10,000 yen.

didn't provide the link as the country of my internet server results in the fare being in the currency of that country.

Singapore Airlines are part of the Star Alliance, which ANA is part of. JAL are part of One World, so it's a different group.

You need to book the domestic flights using the Japan Air Pass in conjunction with your international flights so check with whoever arranged your flights on Singapore Airlines and they should be able to add the Air Pass flights.
