I'm leaving for Japan on Sept 27. There 6 members in our group. I've been trying to buy the Japan Rail Pass online but everytime it is supposed to go to the payment page it says "Page is not Available". Can you help me

You may need to consider buying from an agent, if there is one that is accessible for you.
Also, are you trying to buy 6 at once? Maybe try it one at a time?

Basically, the website through which you are trying to buy your JR Pass is having some sort of technical problem. Try contacting them, or buying your pas from another vendor.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Fortunately, I managed to buy the 6 tickets at once from another site, JRPass. I did highlight this matter to Japan-Rail-Pass already in an email and they will inform the the admin
