Hello,
You can try the Google App that comes with most android phones, or perhaps Google it. Because I have no life, and nothing but time I am going to be nice & take a look myself as well. I have an android but I rooted mine so it doesn't use the Google features. Also I only use mine for pictures, and wi-fi nothing more.
I will search for you to see if I can find anything. As to wither or not there will be ads I can not say, and you will need to figure that out for yourself. Hopefully my being nice enough to try to help you will be enough.

You can search here for what you want. * JED - Japanese Dictionary https://play.google.com/store/apps/Can look this one up on the Google apps * ✽ English Japanese Dictionary✽ https://play.google.com/store/apps/Can look this one up on the Google apps I am thinking JED would be your best bet because when I did a search on Google for "Free Japanese Dictionary Android App No Ads" it was one of the first to show up. it is claimed not to have any ads, so give that a try? Didn't take me long to find, notice that? Good old Google, got to love her!
