Currency exchange service at Sapporo airport

I will be arriving at CTS International airport from US on Sunday Oct 5 late evening . My first time to Hokkaido. Does anyone know any bank at the airport still open for the foreign currency exchange service on Sunday with this late hour? I don't know where else in Sapporo that I could get money exchange.

The exhange counter in the international arrival lobby is open "in accordance with flight time", so probably for a little while after the last flight arrives.
