Osaka University Questions

Hey guys,
I'm planning to go to Japan studying (in English). I've seen lots of universities, global 30 and stuff.. and one of the best option is Osaka University. Low tuition, good reputation & lots of faculties.
I wonder, how hard is it to get into Osaka University (English courses)?
What do they pay attention to? Any advices?

As I understand, it's about 3 - 4 applications per place for the science program, 8+ for the human science program.
You'll need a great transcript, a strong personal statement, and a good interview.
