Could you tell me bus station from narita airport to utsunomiya (chisun hotel) ? I will arrive at 15,45. Where is the bus station? And if I come back to ueno station which train is the best? Thanks so much

From JR Ueno station, you can either take a train to Tokyo and take the N'EX to Narita, or walk to Keisei Ueno and take the Skyliner. See also Hyperdia for other options.
