Family of 6, 3 Adults and 3 Children (12, 10, 6) planning a trip to Hokkaido from Nov 24-30. Please recommend suitable itinerary.

Easy access in Hokkaid are Sapporo,Otaru,Noboribetsu etc.
If you want to go further place with kids, I recommend to visit Asahikawa,Furano,Biei.
But Nov already finished beautiful flower season in Furano, Biei.
