When the best time to see flowers in Hokkaido

I Wish to travel to Hakkaido & Tokyo at early June to see flower at Hakkaido or which is best time for it with less rain? with temp. at around 15 to 20 C. How many days is the most suitable for it?

It is summer season. eventually best season is from Jul to Sep.
Famous flower spots are Biei & Furano.
