Odaiba area will open on Jan 1, 2015?

I have a plan to stay around Odaiba, Tokyo on 31 Dec 2014 and going to travel/shopping at DiverCity, Aquacity, or Decks on 1 Jan 2015.
If it open, I will reserve a hotel aroud there.
