Osaka Aquarium visit and luncheon 2014/10/13 14:46
Hi folks,

We will be visiting Osaka Aquarium in November. Questions:
1. Would 3-4 hours be enough to explore the aquarium in a leisurely pace?
2. We will go there in the morning session, and most likely will overlap lunch time. If we go outside to find food, say at Naniwa Food Theme Park, can we go back to the aquarium?

Much appreciated.

Hello hojo.

I'm assuming its the Kaiyukan at Osakako? You do wanna plan a time where you can see the penguin feeding. 3-4 hours might be just nice. I spent quite a bit of time admiring the main tank at different spots when I was there.

Not sure about reentry, I think no reentry once you leave.

海遊館に再入館はできますか?

Can we re-enter Kaiyukan?

海遊館は当日に限り何度でも再入館が可能です。出口近くにあるサービスカウンターで手の甲に透明のスタンプを押させていただき、再入館の際に確認させていただきます。お食事をはさんでごゆっくり海遊館をお楽しみください。

You can re-enter as many times as you like, when it comes to the same day. Ask our stuff to press "invisible stamp" on the back of your hand. We will recognize it when you re-enter Kaiyukan. Enjoy your meal outside of Kaiyukan and enjoy Kaiyukan afterward.
