Places to visit in Osaka Bay in 1 day

Hi everyone,
We will be visiting Osaka Bay Area for a full day, and will be spending half a day at the Osaka Aquarium.
Are these places worth visiting in Osaka Bay during that day?
1. Cosmo Tower
2. Naniwa Food Theme Park
3. Tempozan Harbour Village
4. New tram path from Cosmo Tower to Suminokoen, then back to Namba.

Sorry, from that list I only know Naniwa Food Theme Park (which is certainly worth checking out), but I'd suggest adding University Studio to your Osaka Bay itinerary. I think there's a nice boat ride running between USJ and the aquarium.
