Hi.

KTP cant be used only on limited express trains but what about the semi-express ones?

Semi-express[��}:jun-kyu] is one of no need express fee trains
some stations skip faster than local[��:fu-tsuu]. "Suburban semi-express",too.
No special train same commuter cars with strap using just different stop stations.
KTP covered all.
