Kansai thru pass coverage

HI
Im planning to get the kansai thru pass for 3 days to cover for Kyoto areas namely, Takao ,Ohara, Kurama and kibune.
The hostel im staying at is near kyoto station, will the Kansai thru pass cover all the train and bus rides for the mentioned places?

Not covered all bus campanies in Kyoto.
No, JR bus (which goes to Takao from Kyoto station) is not covered. Instead, you can use Kyoto City (municipal) bus from KArasuma-Shijo or Kyoto bus from Arashiyama.
Especially confused Kyoto bus(covered) or Kyoto city bus(not covered).
This is not true. If you look the KTP pdf, you will find it states:
Trains and buses that accept the PASS
KYOTO MUNICIPAL SUBWAY/BUS
京都市営地下鉄・バス
Therefore both Kyoto city bus and Kyoto bus are covered.
