Hi,
My mom wants to buy these a rice cooker and blood pressure cuff (made in japan )while we are in Tokyo for my grandma that lives in China. We know about the adapter issue (China is even worse than US at 220) Regardless where can we buy these products?

easiest/best? place to go will be akihabara, especially duty free shop and some big electrical shop do carry foreign voltage appliances.

blood pressure cuff, some are battery operated.

Most home use blood pressure cuffs are battery operated. You should be able to find one at Yodobashi Camera or Bic Camera.
