Bus direct to Nikko from Narita Airport

From this link http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3805.html , it said I can take a bus direct to JR Utsunomiya Station then take a train to Nikko


I'm not sure but i think my flight will use Narita Terminal 2.

I would like to know where to take a bus in the airport and the schedule.

is there anybody know about this information?

Need booking but not no online booking service (by TEL only).
Ticket sales starts one month before.

Bus name is "maronie-go"[マロニエ号] all 40 seats one car.

After JR Utsunomiya take JR Nikko line local train not so far.

Reservation is only for the Utsunomiya to Narita direction (and even then, it is possible to buy tickets on the spot if there are available seats). In the Narita to Utsunomiya direction, reservation is not possible.

At Narita, tickets are sold at the Keisei ticket counter.
