hakone free pass, hakone yumoto to shinjuku

I'll be coming down from Kyoto with a JR pass at that point, so I will end up in Odawara.
My initial plan is as such:
- Kyoto to Odawara (JR pass)
- At Odawara - Buy Odakyu Pass
- Spend the rest of the day in Hakone
- 1 Night in Hakone at Ryokan
- Next Morning Complete round course and head back to Tokyo
My question is... will the Hakone Free Pass cover my ride from Hakone to Tokyo? Or will I have to find my own transport seeing as I purchased from Odawara instead of Shinjuku.
