From Narita to Hakone

I and my friends plan to travel in Hakone, Kawaguchiko and disney land during 11-14 Apr 2015. My problems are I have 10 adults and 6 children age 6-9 yeas old. As regular route from Narita I have to transfer to bus at Shuinjuku statation. But I won't to avoid the crowded people. Do you have any choices to go without passing Shinjuku?

with a group that large I would look into chatering a small bus from a service such as this one
